• Jojoba oil is uniquely like our own skin’s sebum, so it is remarkably effective at penetrating deeply to both deliver necessary moisture and control excess oil in every skin type. Just the Goods is an intentionally small-scale operation -- I produce in small batches to provide the freshest product possible, and my assistant is largely responsible for packing and shipping all orders. Please allow an average of 5 – 10 business days to us prepare your order for shipment. From time to time, especially during busy holiday periods, after a temporary lab closure, or if there has been an unexpectedly high volume of orders for any other reason, your order may exceed this time frame.

Orders to the US are carried across the Canada/US border by a third-party broker on Wednesdays and Friday mornings so parcels may ship as USPS domestic mail (tracking and insurance included), not international mail from Canada, which is significantly slower.

Orders within Canada ship on Fridays via Canada Post and always include tracking and insurance.
