Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or on statutory holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please include an additional 5 business days. Due to COVID-19, there may be additional delays. Please feel free to contact use at email@example.com for any further inquiries on your order status.
**Note: If you live in an apartment or condominium, please include your full address with apartment and/or condominium number. We will not be responsible for any mislabelled or redirected shipment chargebacks.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping can take up to 10 business days, depending on how far you are from Toronto, Canada. Shipping will be calculated based on geographic area via Canada Post.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We will not be able to ship to any P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once we have your order ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Through this tracking number, you will be able to check the progress of your shipment(s).
Customs, duties, and taxes
Cubed Style is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Cubed Style is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We will only be shipping within North America (Canada & United States). We will not be shipping internationally.
All of our products are naturally handmade and due to their nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please be aware that all sales (purchases) are final and can not be returned or exchanged. As this has been noted, we suggest that you choose your products carefully.
We process orders within a 24 hour timeframe. Please note if there is a change that needs to be made with your order, you will need to contact us right away (within 12 hours). If you receive the tracking notification via email, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.
